Hair Queries
How long does your hair last?
With the correct hair care routine and proper maintenance our hair can last anywhere between 4-6 years (sometimes longer).
Which one is silkier/better quality?
All hair types used are of exceptional quality and are both very silky. They only differ in thickness and length.
Lace Queries
Do you sell HD lace?
Yes.
Does your lace melt well?
Our laces come in different materials however regardless they are extremely thin and stretchy, and have the ability to be layed to perfection and become undetectable.
Do you offer different lace colours?
We offer 3 lace colours, our Transparent lace, swiss lace and HD lace.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final meaning:
We do not offer exchange or refunds unless there is a flaw with the product due to our mistake.
To report a flaw you can contact us at our email hausofher@hotmail.com or direct message on Instagram via hausofheruk with your full details and order numbers. Once you have messaged or emailed us we ask that you wait up to 24-48 hours for us to reply with the required and necessary solutions.
Damages and issues
All items and parcels are photographed before shipment and thoroughly inspected by us to avoid any mishaps and misunderstandings. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not of satisfactory also if you receive the wrong item so that we can solve the issue accordingly.

Do you have buy now pay later/credit payment options/can I pay in instalments?
No, but this option will soon be available via our website.

Shipping Times
How long is delivery (UK)?
If the hair is in stock please allow 1-3 working day processing time and is then shipped out via one of our shipping couriers through special delivery, which usually arrives the following day, depending on the day and time we ship the product.
How long is delivery (EU)?
If the hair is in stock please allow 1-3 working day processing time and is then shipped out via one of our shipping couriers, which usually takes a maximum of 6 days at times to arrive in majority of EU countries.
How long is delivery (INTERNATIONAL/REST OF THE WORLD)?
If the hair is in stock it please allow 1-3 working day processing time and is then shipped out via our international couriers. Once shipped your parcel will usually take 3-6 days to arrive this may vary as sometimes it may take longer.

If your item is not in stock and it will be ordered upon request directly from our factory, production times for items of this nature will take 14-21 working days to be prepared and shipped to us. We ask that you wait for an additional 1-3 working day processing time for your parcel to be prepped. Your order is then shipped out via Royal Mail special delivery, which usually arrives the following day, depending on the day and time we ship it out.
How long is delivery (EU)?
If an item is not in stock and it will be ordered straight from our manufacturer, manufacturing timeframes for products of this kind will take 14-21 working days to prepare and send to us. We ask that you please allow an additional 1-3 working days for your shipment to be prepared. Following that, your item will be dispatched using Royal Mail special delivery, which normally takes no more than 6 (sometimes) days to reach in most EU countries.
How long is delivery (Asia, Africa & The Americas)?
If an item is not in stock and it must be ordered directly from our manufacturer, manufacturing periods for products of this type will be 14-21 working days to prepare and send to us. We ask that you please allow an additional 1-3 working days for your shipment to be prepared. Your order is then delivered to you by one of our International couriers (FedEx, Ups or DHL). After sent, your package should arrive between 3-6 days sometimes longer).

Custom orders
What orders are classified as custom orders?
Pre-made wigs, Coloured hair and Clip-ins are all custom orders. This means they will not available for immediate purchase and they are required to be ordered upon request and are subject to a wait time of 14- 21 working days.
